I want to share a little bit of my own story with you, because I know firsthand how confusing, frustrating, and sometimes downright painful the journey to understanding your cycle can be. About 12 years ago, when I first tried to get off of birth control, I didn’t have a period for six months. During that time, my body felt completely out of sync. I experienced painful, cystic acne that made me feel self-conscious every day. I was bloated almost constantly. My joints ached, and my energy levels were all over the place. I was trying to make sense of it all, but no one seemed to give me clear answers or practical guidance.
It was overwhelming. I felt like my body was betraying me, and I didn’t know how to respond. But slowly, through learning about the menstrual cycle, tracking my own patterns, and understanding the connection between my hormones, my liver, and my overall wellbeing, things began to shift. I discovered clear pathways to support my body — foods, movement, herbs, and lifestyle practices that helped cleanse, reset, and nourish me from the inside out. Over time, I began to feel more like myself: my energy stabilized, my skin cleared, my bloating reduced, and my cycle returned. I didn’t just get a period back — I gained confidence, clarity, and a deep trust in my body.
That journey inspired me to create this program. The Cycle Balancing Integration Course isn’t just about tracking your period or learning a few tips here and there. It’s about building body literacy — understanding the messages your body is sending, learning how to support it in each phase of your cycle, and having practical tools that you can use for life. You’ll learn how to align your nutrition, movement, and self-care practices with your hormones, reduce symptoms like PMS, bloating, and fatigue, and build rituals that help you feel grounded, connected, and empowered.
Over the next six months, we’ll walk together through each phase of your cycle. You’ll learn the science behind what’s happening in your body, how to track and interpret your unique patterns, and practices to support your energy, mood, and overall health. You’ll also have access to guided yoga and meditation, worksheets, and practical protocols — tools you can put into practice immediately.
I want you to know this: there is no “right” way to have a cycle, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to hormonal health. This program is about finding what works for you — listening to your body, interpreting its signals, and building a framework that feels empowering, flexible, and sustainable.
