Girlfriend, let’s figure out what the heck your body is trying to tell you.
Your Goals are My Goals
This isn’t just a learning experience — it’s a reset for your body, mind, and hormones.
After four months, you can expect to:
Regulate Your Cycle — finally understand what’s happening in your body and restore balance to irregular or missing periods.
Reduce PMS & Bloating — calm inflammation, support digestion, and ease discomfort that shows up each month.
Clear Skin & Hormonal Acne — address underlying imbalances with nutrition, liver support, and phase-specific protocols.
Balance Energy & Mood — navigate the ups and downs of your cycle without the usual fatigue, irritability, or brain fog.
Support Joint & Digestive Health — ease aches, reduce bloating, and create a body environment that thrives.
Build a Personalized Hormone Toolkit — know exactly which foods, herbs, supplements, and movement practices help your unique body.
Gain Cycle Confidence — no more guessing, stressing, or feeling disconnected from your body; you’ll have the skills to read your cycle and take action every month.
This is the difference between “waiting for your body to feel better” and taking control of your cycle with clarity, confidence, and proven tools.
The $125/month investment is not just a course — it’s a full reset for your health, energy, and wellbeing that lasts well beyond these four weeks.

Ayla (name changed), had been trying to conceive her second child for over 1 year. She had tried IUI and other reproductive technology and was unable to get pregnant. After 2 months of working with me, adjusting her diet, adding supplements, shifting her workout routine, she became pregnant without even trying!
Serena (name changed) was in perimenopause in her mid-40s and having serious mood swings right before her period, had a fibroid that was causing significant blood loss during her period, and just feeling like she wasn’t herself. After 2 months on the protocol for mood stabilization she felt like her PMS symptoms dropped significantly! She cried at our appointment when reflecting on how normal she felt again. And with some supplemental and nutritional changes, she was able to reduce her menstrual blood loss and find natural ways to rebuild her blood iron levels.
Inita (name changed) had experienced trauma, childbirth, and some huge life changes that led to a significant weight gain, new insulin resistance, and a diagnosis of PCOS and hypothyroidism. She was both devastated and motivated to shift her health. After 3 months of working with me, her somatic therapist, and her trainer, she was able to not only reduce her triglycerides into healthy normal range, she reversed her hypothyroidism, got her glucose and insulin within normal limits, and her overall symptoms drastically improved!
Jennifer (name changed) had a history of irregular periods, long cycles, possible PCOS, thyroid issues, and dibilitating period cramps. After 6 months of supplemental protocols, herbal protocols, nutrition changes, and better sleep hygiene, her cramps reduced significantly, and her cycles is predictably at 32 days long!
Barbara (name changed) had been wanting to conceive for quite some time and had experienced several pregnancy losses. She worked with me specifically on navigating the trauma of those losses. After 6 weeks of working together, with no intention of trying to conceive, she was pregnant. She regularly used the tools we practiced together to navigate the challenge of pregnancy after loss, and now has a healthy baby boy.

Course FAQ
-
Most programs focus only on one piece of the puzzle — like cutting out certain foods or adding supplements. This course is different because it helps you understand the why behind your symptoms. You’ll learn to track, interpret, and respond to your body’s signals, while using nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and rituals in a way that fits real life. It’s not about quick fixes — it’s about giving you skills you’ll use for the rest of your life.
-
Absolutely. The yoga in this program is gentle, approachable, and tailored to your cycle phases — think restorative poses, breathwork, and mindful movement rather than complicated or advanced flows. Even if you’ve never stepped on a mat, you’ll find practices here that feel supportive, grounding, and doable.
And “crunchiness” is subjective! If you’d like to implement evidence-based holistic protocols into your life to support your cycle - then you’re in the right place!
-
Not at all! Whether your cycle is short, long, irregular, or missing, you’ll learn how to track what is happening in your body and how to begin restoring balance.
-
Nope. While fertility awareness is part of what you’ll learn, this course is designed for anyone who wants to better understand and support their hormonal health — whether your goals are reducing PMS, improving energy, or planning for future pregnancies.
-
Absolutely! I started learning about my cycle while still on birth control so that when I decided to stop my birth control, I was prepared.
We all still benefit from learning cycle literacy, holistic nutrition, and body awareness practices. If you decide to transition off birth control in the future, you’ll already have the tools to support your body.
-
Each week includes a live 90-minute session (recorded if you can’t make it), plus optional worksheets, journaling, and yoga practices you can integrate on your own time. Expect 2–3 hours per week.
-
Every session is recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to the videos, worksheets, and resources. You can move at your own pace and revisit whenever you need a refresher.
-
No. This program is educational and holistic in nature, blending evidence-based knowledge with yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle practices. It is not a replacement for medical care. Always consult your provider with specific concerns.
-
Just a journal, a thermometer if you want to track basal body temperature, and a yoga mat or comfortable space to move and rest. Everything else is provided in the course.
-
6 months! You can return to the videos, handouts, and practices as often as you like during that time. All materials (not videos) will be downloadable for you to keep.
