Holistic Childbirth Education
prepare your body and mind for an intuitive and connected birth experience
This prenatal program is for women want to understand the physiology of a natural birth.
It’s simple really… our bodies were made to give birth.
But somewhere along the way, we became socialized into cultural norms that suggest that our bodily connection and awareness is not valid or important.
This program is for women who are ready to both learn the physiology of birth and unlearn the cultural norms that scare us away from our nature.
Yoga for Your Birth: Holistic Childbirth Education
A holistic childbirth education course designed to help you prepare for a calm and informed birth, centered on the mother-baby dyad — without fear, overwhelm, or blindly handing your birth over to the system.

Meet Jess!
First and foremost, Jess is a mother. A mother to 3 boys, including twins. She is also a homebirth midwife and clinical yoga therapist with over a decade of experience supporting women and birthing people through every stage of reproductive health. She specializes in physiological birth, pelvic biomechanics, fertility health, and integrative healing across the women’s health continuum.
Jess firmly believes in the power of women’s choices. She is a fierce advocate for women, believing that women are the sole arbiters of their birth experience. She works with every client to ensure that they are setting themselves up to have a birth that honors their values, respects their decision-making process, and upholds their dignity every step of the way.
What you’ll learn
This is not your standard birth class.
This program is designed to help you deeply understand birth physiology, feel prepared for the unexpected, and confidently navigate a holistic, motherbaby-centered birth in any setting.
Inside the program, you’ll get access to self-paced childbirth education plus live monthly masterclasses that go far beyond “just breathe through contractions.”
-
Learn the mechanics of pushing, how to work with your body instead of against it, and practical ways to reduce unnecessary perineal trauma. We’ll cover breathing, positioning, pelvic floor dynamics, coached vs. instinctive pushing, and what actually helps protect the perineum during birth.
-
Learn how to support healing after birth with evidence-based postpartum recovery practices for the pelvic floor, deep core, breath mechanics, posture, prolapse prevention, scar support, and safely returning to movement.
-
Discover labor and birth positions that support comfort, fetal positioning, progress, and effective pushing — whether you’re planning a homebirth, birth center birth, or hospital birth. Learn how movement changes labor and how to adapt positions if you have an epidural, long labor, back labor, or complications.

In this workbook, you will learn how to make a birth plan that allows for flexibility. You'll make 3 pathways of birth. Each pathway will require you to research and consider your own risk assessment as well as the tools available to you at your place of birth (including who is attending your birth).
Who & Where
Many birthers automatically feel that the nearest hospital and their current gynecologist are the only options for their birth. In this section you'll explore other options that are available for you, what questions to ask your providers in order to confirm if they are the best provider for you, and prompts to consider where would be the best place for you to give birth.
Putting it all together!
This workbook will guide you to put it all together! You'll choose from a few templates and plug in your birth plan. Once you're done, I highly recommend printing and laminating your birth plan!

Client Reviews
I will never find the words to express my gratitude towards Jess for providing the most supportive space during my daughter’s homebirth. I felt extremely heard and safe.
At all points throughout my pregnancy, birth and postpartum Jess allowed me to reconnect with my intuition and make decisions based off of what I felt was best for my baby and I. I wish every woman got to experience sharing such an intimate and special time with Jess, a true angel in my life.

In December 2022, I had planned to give birth with the support of a doula and midwife. On December 18th, after nearly two days in back labor, my original doula had to leave, and Jess stepped in as her replacement. From the moment she arrived, she was like an absolute angel.
Without her, I wouldn’t have known what to do. She gave me the strength to make decisions for myself, guiding me through the most challenging hours of my life. Her deep knowledge, calm and warm presence, and unwavering support brought light into the entire experience.
I can’t recommend Jess highly enough. With her by your side, you will feel deeply supported, cared for, and loved during one of the most precious moments of your life.

Jess was truly a gift from God. It felt like everything was aligned.
From our very first conversation, everything just flowed. We instantly connected, and I felt so happy and excited.
I had the birth I had dreamed of and prayed for—and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without Jess: her guidance, her support, the tools she shared with me, her affirmations, her experience, and above all, her presence. She held space for me to discover my own strength, to trust that my body was made for this.
I am forever grateful for this birth: at 40+5 weeks, at home, my third baby—after two previous C-sections. I had to surrender and let go, and only then everything unfolded...
It was intense, raw, powerful, and faster than I ever expected. It was absolutely perfect.
My husband and I are in AWE with you 🫶🏽 if we have another baby, definitely we will want you by our side once again.
